Banana pancakes are a toddler favourite for a reason. These ones have a little flour and baking powder, so they flip easily and turn out properly fluffy, not eggy.
Cook a big batch, freeze the leftovers between sheets of baking paper and you've got a breakfast that's ready in a minute on busy mornings.
