Why I started
When my [first] was starting solids, I was overwhelmed. Every day brought another question: what to make, how much, what to keep in the freezer, and how to get it all done between naps.
So I started cooking in the little pockets of time I had. Batches of muffins while the baby slept, lunchbox bites prepped on a Sunday, dinners that worked for the whole family. Slowly, the stress turned into a rhythm.
I began sharing what worked on Instagram, and other parents started asking for the recipes. The Naptime Prep Club grew from there: a place for real, tested recipes that fit around real family life.
[Add a line or two about where things are now: the eBooks, the community, and what you hope parents take away.]
With love & snacks,
